Milnerton Golf Club
Within walking distance from Cotswold House is the only true 'links' golf course with a lagoon on one side and the sea on the other. The lagoon is home to a variety of coastal birds as well as herons, spoonbills, egrets and many others. Walk, or jog along the sandy beach as you take in the famous view of Table Mountain and Cape Town City and watch the surfers glide across the waves either on their boards or with their colourful kites as they show off the latest surfing trend. An easier course in nearby Darling, an hour's drive from Cape Town.
Mowbray Golf Club
